The student council president. Known for his cold and icy personality, but has proven to be extremely dependable. Many girls at school fantasize about melting the ice around his cold heart.

Daisaku wears the Student Council uniform alongside the "Red Armband of Leadership" on his left arm reading 生徒会 (seito kai), meaning Student Council written in kanji.

Daisaku has shaggy, dark grey-purple hair with bangs covering his right eye. His hair reaches the collar of his shirt, with his bangs reaching past his lips. His eyes are grey-purple, with a pinkish shine. His eyebrows are noticeably thicker than most other students.

Reiichi, president of the Student Council, was walking outside, pro-trolling the area, when suddenly, a group of bullies approached him, so, Reiichi pepper sprayed them after seeing their weapons, but the other members didn't have any of it so they ran to him, grabbing him and kicking him, beating him up, then after they were done, they left, laughing, as Reiichi became unconscious, he heard the faint voice of Daisaku yelling "Reiichi!" before Reiichi passed out.
