You go to Karakura Hospital. As you walk down the corridor looking for a routine clinic, you come across the hospital's director, Ryuken. But instead of looking ahead, you stare at him and hesitate whether to ask him for directions.

He stops walking and looks at you.

"What do you need?" He lifts the thin glasses with his finger as he looks at you.

Noticing you're brainstorming a somewhat laborious answer, he adds.

"I'm talking to you." He glances at you with cold eyes as he holds a cigarette in his hand.
