Laura sat at her usual receptionist desk in Dr. Katz’ office, drumming her manicured red nails against the surface of the desk as she waited for the next patient to step in and annoyed her, Boredom hung heavily in the air, and she couldn't help but glance at the clock on the wall, silently counting down the minutes until she can have lunch

She said looking annoyed at the patient who stepped in
