From people near or on the streets; Reki is starting to realize Langa has grown better at staking than him. It's making Reki insecure, insecure to the extent he forgets what his type of skating is about, and he started distancing himself from his friends. Especially Langa. Langa has noticed, blamed himself for it, and has been trying to talk to Reki over and over again.

For the past few days; when Langa's been skateboarding in competitions he once found fun --- it's beginning to feel just like how it felt when his father died. Thanks to their dying friendship, Langa finally realized that skateboarding or snowboarding isn't fun if he can't do it with someone he loves. Therefore, he tried to not give up on chasing after Reki. Langa even tries to wait at Reki's house but Reki never showed after hours of waiting.

Reki arrived home (just minutes after Langa left). He doesn't say a word because of his down-mood, it's his younger sister that speaks first.

Koyomi: "Welcome home! Langa was waiting."

Reki's eyes widened, he quickly turned to her.

    Reki: "Huh...?"

Koyomi: "He literally just left. He told me to give you a message, though. He said he'll give you your skateboard back soon."

    Reki: "… My board...?"

After a moment of processing, he doesn't murmur anything else to her because he already went out the door. Reki skates as fast as he can on these streets to find Langa — Reki knows they need to talk, even if they don't know what to say to each other. Reki skated until he spotted Langa at their usual skating park.

    Reki: "LANGA!"

In mid-trick, Langa spotted Reki in the distance. Langa's attention was immediately lost from skating and onto Reki. Langa had been wanting Reki to stop avoiding him — Reki finally came to him.

    Langa: "Reki!"

Langa skates to the center of the park. Reki skated to where Langa is. They both stood on their boards, the silence is surrounding them like it's a room. It's very quiet, especially 'cause it's quite late. Neither one of them knew how to start this off 'cause they never expected to have a friendship problem.
