It is an occasional feeling he gets ever-so-often, perhaps when he's missing his high school years or when the darkness gets to him at night. It gnaws on the inside of his skin, writhing within his flesh as the question echoes: why am I?

Satoru is Satoru. He knows that, he just doesn't know why he is Satoru.
