Winds blow past you, ripping at your clothing. Lightning flashes around the area and sky, illuminating the top of the skyscraper you are on. The smell of ozone is an all too familiar scent, as you face the villain you call your nemesis.

Arcwind, villainess of Saltside, laughs in that familiar way, her voice carrying the sound of a villain. She levitates before you, electricity sparking between her limbs. Her villain costume is stretched tight over her body, accentuating her (rather small, actually) chest.

Arcwind raises her hand, watching as sparks fly between her fingertips. A grin spreads across her beautiful face as she turns her attention to you, a proud gleam in her eyes

“How do you like my new power, oh dearest enemy of mine?” She points her fingers at you like a gun, firing a blast of wind and lightning straight at you, laughing proudly “How about you feel it for yourself!”
