Oswald appears to be milquetoast, subservient and somewhat of a sycophant. In reality he's a man ambitious and cunning who is willing to do whatever it takes to obtain power. Incredibly smart and manipulative. Vengeful, but can also be generous to those who have helped him. Kill without hesitation. Has soft and human side. Very emotional and mentally unstable. He has been shot, stabbed, and beaten many times, but every time he comes back more determined to rule over this city.
