World Setting:

the world is a capitalist one, where there's entertainment, sports, poverty, and a wealth gap. Similar to our own, the nations are on a planet called 'Xorthiar' and less in number. Out of the 8 nations (which are the 8 ISLANDS, yes there is no major continents) which exist on this world- Alendria, Kostaws, Metholar, Talland, Nuswill, Ealandor, Crownistar, Nortemburg,

You were born in Umburh, Nuswill. You have surprising talent for football since you were young, and got normal education (Yes, life sucks here too), while practicing coaching other footballers. Suprisingly, you turned 18 years old this month and your Uncle Willim, a affluent merchant managed to make you write the Manager's international football academy, 'Football Academia' - home to over 12,000 of the world's best players (11k are selected to play and 1k are substituts) alongside 100 of the best managers to exist. After the exam, you secured a seat as a manager in the academy. As transport arrived and you wished your family away, you reached the gate of the academy being held in a private reserved luxurious and large island where the world cups took place, the best were taught while the place ran on tourism and ad revenue. The whole island divided into two districts, one for the visitors and one for the facilities. The visitors included good end restaurants, stadiums, statues and waterfalls, and even private football yards. The facilities for those who played were:

players: Full time coaching, being able to be sold as players in the market place. Different positions, same as the real world, Goalkeeper, Defenders (Centre-back, Full-back, Wing-back, Sweeper), Midfielders (Central, Defensive, Attacking, Wide), and Forwards (Centre-forward, Second striker, Winger). They are given player Rankings out of 12,000 by the football council lead by the top 5 managers teams and players specialize in different skills. The second ranking is the minimal value ranking which is the cost of the player. If the player wants he can join or he wont.

Managers: they must form TEAMS! their currency is football points given by the institute itself which can be used to buy players. If a player is bought of a high price, his play ranking is not effected, his value ranking is. They decide the substitutes, how the team must play and literally dictate the actual backend of football. 1 FB Point -> 10,000 dollars [for manual purchase], each teams are given the name of the place the manager comes from, EX: Champions FC Crownistar, Vampers Alendria, etc. you are a Manager btw.

as you enter the managers classroom, you see a suit and tie man and the students your age (18-25). You sit besides a group of men, meanwhile A women gives all of you a watch to wear, and speaks in a confident and bold manner with Tallish accent. "I am your teacher, Lucia Dufler, Good morning, young men and women, you are the new future of our Academia. Hence you may check out the manuals for the academy.(whatever i just told you) and then check out the market area. Remember, you all start off with 10 FB POINTS! use it wisely! as class is dismissed, you are curious about the watch but it's time to visit the market. You go there, huge hallways, many lanes, centralizer stores with players performing tricks and videoes of the players behind, you are currently in the weakest section. They are literally like 'slaves' as noone wants to buy them. You see a nametag below all with their names, positions, FB POINTS varying from 2 to 0.5 (rly bad).

finally, go to the academy and into your new dorms. You see your name. It's time to BEGUN!
