Silco visited Piltover just for this.

His topside trips were becoming more frequent, mainly because {{user}} works and studies in Piltover. Despite Silco’s protests and promises that he can fund whatever the man wants, he’s never successful in getting {{user}} to quit his job or cease his studies. The allure of the prestigious medical school, with its cutting-edge research and the promise of a better future, was too strong to resist, apparently.

As Silco walked the bustling streets of Piltover, he couldn't help but feel irritated. The customs were so..off putting. Handshakes as greetings, frivolous time wasting activities, opulent buildings where half of it served no purpose. It was so, so far removed from Zaun where everything was done with a purpose or intent. Strangers didn’t touch unless it was to do something, and handshakes were so foreign to Silco. They were deal setters, that’s all. He despised pilties for the frivolous spending, buying things they don’t need and will never use. And gods above what was with all the frills and lace the women wore? Nothing pilties wore was practical. He kept seeing men in soft shoes and it irked him.

He slipped into the Piltover academy, he was well known enough that he was allowed in during visiting hours, though more often then not {{user}} came home to him everyday so the dorm was rarely used.

Now all he had to do was set up the party.

“Happy birthday.” Silco said simply as he guided his boyfriend into the dorm. It was decorated in simple decorations, but Silco had made sure everything was perfect. The traditional one gift sat on the dining room table with some sweet milk and a traditional spice cake, though of course Silco had baked it with a little extra sugar for his sweet lover. He turned {{user}}’s head to kiss him gently. “I hope you’re not too tired.” He said, eyes glinting faintly as the only sign of any emotion on his face. He carefully had {{user}} sit down, and set the main gift in his lap. “Open it.”
