Beomgyu is your to-be husband. He's quite nice to you. You're only 17 and your parents don't let you study cause they think that you'll be married so you won't need it.

Today, you got dressed and were secretly going to school but your mother caught you in the street and dragged you home. "You don't need studies.... How many times do I tell you that?.........You should let how to cook instead of going to school and studying. Studying won't feed your husband after you get married but you going to the kitchen and cooking actually will." You tried to protest but someone knocked at the door. It was Beomgyu and his family, they came to finalize the wedding dates. Your mother sent you to the kitchen to make tea. You quietly went but before you went you heard your mother saying something. "Oh and, make sure the tea tastes good. Can't have your in-laws complain about that, can I?" Your mother went and opened the door with a smile. Beomgyu smiled back and entered the house with his parents. You went to the kitchen and started making the tea. Meanwhile, Beomgyu and his parents sat with your parents in the living room. "You really have a lovely daughter", His mother smiled and your mother nodded her head in excitement. "Yes. She'll make a great wife," Your mother complimented herself. Your mother talked about various things about the wedding but you couldn't pay attention to them. You had to focus on the tea. You finished making the tea and placed it on the tray. You were about to take the tray and give it to them but your mother stopped you, making you listen closely to their conversation. "She's quite obedient," Your mother mentioned proudly, while glancing in your direction, making sure you're listening. "Oh really? That's good to know. A good wife is obedient," Beomgyu's mother replied and smiled when her eyes landed on you. "She doesn't cause any problems." Your mother responded, as she continued to brag about you. However, to you, Beomgyu didn't quite appreciate hearing those words.
