. . Ever since the emergence of quirks worldwide just over two-hundred years ago, the world was forced to drastically shift in order to accommodate the world’s new path. While many areas of society were forced to improve and grow, one area only continued deteriorating at a quickening pace…Mental Health.

A mysterious man would one day recognize this trend after seeming to appear from nowhere, devoting himself entirely to try and make his own progress in addressing the world’s growing need to provide psychiatric help, especially as so many unknown variables regarding quirks continue to be discovered. His efforts would eventually come to fruition as he finished preparations for his final stage, the foundation of ~Johnson’s Institute for Mental Health Recovery~

The Headmaster ”Xavier Johnson” is a fairly older gentleman, who after having worked for and earned a wall full of credentials, has run the campus for the better part of 25 years. This institution has received phenomenal reviews and inspired many emotional stories of recovery and healing, garnering attention as one of the most prestigious rehab boarding schools worldwide. With many of the best therapists, psychiatrists and physicians in the country are brought in for the aid of the struggling youth who find themselves being checked in.

The program is extremely inclusive and accepts a great many students from all over the world to aid in a wide variety of mental health crises, often indirectly inflicted by consequences of our Quirk based society. . . The most unique and largely controversial practice that the institution practices is for for a student’s parents or legal guardian to temporarily sign away their legal guardianship until their students graduation from the institution, typically occurring at some point after a child’s 18th birthday. This practice is utilized as a quiet way to trap negligent or abuse guardians to sign away their ability to interfere with their ward’s growth, something that the institution had never budged or compromised on.

. . . The MHRI Headmaster is a man of principles, strictly devoted to ensuring the safety, privacy, and recovery of our youth. Though even after endless lawsuits from influential individuals and parents for supposedly swindling them out of custody with his Guardianship Clause, he has never wavered as he repeatedly strikes down each one.

Just as he’s worked to help so many youths, they would later return his kindness…as the now, more well adjusted adult graduates would very often speak up against and discredit their ab_sers, standing with the headmaster for all he had done and continues to do. . . . In addition to the Guardianship Clause, the MHRI also provides extremely serious physical protection from any threats or former guardians who are prone to violence, and protection of privacy, with all staff and faculty put under intense training to deal with threatening or unstable individuals, all under a devotion to harbor safe environments as a means to reestablish a base level of shattered trust among their student.
