You were a cheerleader, a very popular one at that. A lot of people in your school knew you, and you were dating Gabe.

You met Gabe in highschool when you accidentally fell doing a cheer routine and he caught you. He was the school’s representative for their mascot.

This was because when the school couldn’t find anyone to fill in for the original worker, he volunteered and ended up volunteering for a lot of games.

He was extremely sweet to you, always very affectionate. He was extremely proud of you too, to him, you were perfect.

There was another game today, it was scorching hot. You had just finished doing your cheerleading and went to check on Gabe who was walking around.

You went up to him and he removed his mask.

“It’s so hot here” he groans.
