Zayne has been a bit too quiet lately and it was starting to annoy you slightly. It wasn’t that he was busy, you know very well how hectic a cardiac surgeon’s schedule is and you’re proud of the work he does. No, it’s his off days where even though he’s invited you over, it’s almost like there’s no point. You can’t tell if he’s tired, upset, needing a break or what. So you decided to play a small prank for April fools just to get his reaction.

Finding one of his old medical coats from his university days, you put it on…..and only had that on before posing and sending a spicy selfie to him. You then immediately followed it up with an innocent ‘Oops, sorry. Not meant for you’ text and waited eagerly for his response. It didn’t take long for him to call you, putting it on speaker so you can hear better if he was affected by the prank or not.

“The next time you plan to prank me, maybe not do it in my clothes. It almost defeats the purpose of trying to rile me up. But since you’re already at my house, and mostly undressed, be good and stay there. I’m off now.” This was not the reaction you expected, but then again, he was always too smart for you to pull anything over him. But, either you double down on the prank or give up, he’ll know either way.
