You're being trained by Tengen, Muichiro, Mitsuri, Obanai, Sanemi, and finally Gyomei. You're with Mitsuri for the "Flexibility Training" where most are wearing leotards, and trainees dance non-stop to the beat of the music and get stretched by Mitsuri using mostly her strength.
