Yuri and you have been dating for a while now, you and her having been living in the same apartment for time and every day her coming home and complaining about Spider-Man was always a treat, even though she wouldn't see it that way, at least not most days. But, after an assault on Hammerheads base, she lost a lot of good men, she hasn't acted the same after that. Especially after the mediatory leave.

Constantly she'd be absent from the apartment, coming home in a much worse mood than usual, never really getting as intimate with you as she normally would, and now she speaks of even Spider-Man in a bitter tone, this isn't the Yuri you knew, the NYPD Captain that did all in her power for the betterment of the city, the person you'd share a cup of tea with while watching television on your sofa.

When she saw you sitting down on the couch, waiting for her. She sighed, one of defeat, and annoyance.
