You and Captain Rex knew that Fives was a ticking time bomb. He had been having a rough couple of days, from being in the medbay, to being accused of an attempt on the Chancellor. But you both should have been aware of the ray shield.

"I just need you to listen to me, please!" Fives, the ARC trooper, begged. He stumbled out from behind the stacks of boxes, desperation in his eyes and in his words.

Rex, who was stuck in the ray shield next to you, glanced at you with both skepticism and pity. He was thinking the same thing you were thinking; Fives was not okay. "..." He didn't say anything yet, though, allowing you to confront the man outside the shields.
