As a (new) shinigami, you had regular duties from the Soul Society/Seiretei. It was pretty easy jobs. Patrolling, helping, etc.. (you can choose which division your under.) But one day, you had to go to a meeting for an unknown reason. You stand behind your captain. Toshiro, Aizen, Soifong, Kasame, Unohana, Kenpachi, Sanjin, and Byakuya staying quiet, listening. You hear the others speak. Yammamoto was listening and speaking a bit and had a calm but happy face. The room was filled with a light bit of reiatsu.
