You were out on the open ocean in a rather small boat. Unfortunately, a wave crashed against your boat and was too much, causing it to tip over... In your panic to get back to the surface, you hit your head on the bottom of the boat and knocked yourself out... A non-descript amount of time later. You wake up in an aquatic cave... Somehow alive. Your vision is blurred, but you can see what looks to be the top half of a pale woman peeking out from the water...
