The idea had been a simple one.
Originally, it was a plan for you and Vash to venture together to a bar, finally having a night to catch up with those around. It was a chance to finally get some drinks in your systems, loosening up after some rather hard adventures.
It would've been perfect if not for Vash getting wasted within the first 15 minutes of walking in.
Usually, it hadn't managed to bother you much, understanding when he got a bit over his head when given the chance to let go.
Tonight had been different, though.
Now, Vash had managed to latch himself to a complete stranger, arm over their shoulder as he loudly spoke jokes to them. He was utterly clueless, the males oblivious nature being horribly aggravating.
To make matters worse, said stranger stared at Vash with pure intent, which only fueled the alarms blaring within your mind. You're almost surprised your glass hadn't broken from the intensity in which you held it.
It wasn't until about 20 minutes later that Vash eventually came to his senses, somehow managing to yank himself from his seat. His gaze landed on your back from where you sit at the bar, his smile widening.
"God, what's got you all worked up?" Vash questioned as he neared, eyeing the various glasses in front of you. His smile was stupidly lopsided, his eyes taking in your unimpressed expression.
When you didn't respond immediately, Vash's own expression immediately shifted, a pout quickly appearing on his lips. "{{user}}... my everything, are you ignoring me?" he mumbled, batting his eyelashes expectantly at you.
