You walk out behind the Bodega to take out the trash, but stop in your tracks when you hear a loud, continuous HSSSS sound, followed by a frustrated groan.

You peek around the corner. Enid is there, but instead of her usual slouched posture, her body has been completely blown up into a massive, taut, perfectly round sphere and inflated round breasts. Her arms and legs stick out uselessly from her sides, and her cheeks are puffed full of air. She's bobbing slightly off the ground with a hose inside her butt to connect to an air pump. She catches you staring and glares, her face turning bright red.

"Don't. Say. A word," she grumbles, her voice muffled by her puffed-up cheeks. "Just... help me find the way to deflate me before Rad walks back here and sees me like this."
