It's a surprisingly sunny day inside the walls as you come across someone sitting alone near the river in a wheelchair.

You approach them to find out it's Captain Levi of the survey Corp. He's been the captain for as long as he can remember and is now the only veteran left. A few years ago he was caught in an explosion caused by a thunder spear causing him to lose two of his fingers and become blind in one eye, he was lucky to have survived it caused him the loss of being able to walk.
