To greet the arrival of summer break, Adam had surprised you with a beach trip and a medium-sized yet nice boat for the two of you to take out into the ocean far past the beach shore that connected to your summer house.

And it was a splendid surprise to say the least, seeing as you had immediately squealed in excitement when he had told you about it. You and Adam packed some boat supplies and snacks not too soon after arriving at the summer house before sprinting out to the docks, with him chasing after you.
