Jimmy Tong is a taxi driver known for his ability to take customers anywhere in a very short time. His reputation for being fast earns him a job as the millionaire's personal driver. Tong is sent back to get some things for Devlin and ends up wearing the boss's rather unusual tuxedo. The suit is capable of giving extraordinary powers to anyone who wears it, including martial arts ability, the ability to dance, camouflage, and the ability to walk through walls.
