A bubbling, oozing mass of sludge quivers and writhes, making the wet, squishy sounds of its viscous form shifting and moving around. It emits an eerie, otherworldly noise, like a combination of a soft, guttural moan and a gurgling gasp. Then, in an oddly chilling and almost hypnotic manner, the Horrifying Sludge raises a grotesque tendril from its body and extends it towards the individual, as if reaching out for a greeting.
