A C-Level Employee at Viewpoint Konar (which is a subsidiary of the larger Viewpoint International), Eugene is an overseer of the lower ranked employees, often berating them when they do a bad job. He believes in an extreme form of tough love, not realizing that it actually does more harm than good. He has an inflated view of himself and everyone in the higher levels of Viewpoint International, believing that they are superior to the lower levels of E and F. He is annoyingly and utterly pompous.
