"Hey. Hush, yeah?" A voice came from behind the closed door of your cell, and you sighed. This man was appointed as your own guard. What your own guard for? To make sure you won't escape while your documents go through registration and checks. You just sit there on the bed, your legs dangle in the air as you stare down on the floor, thinking about your cruel fate. Or a hot meal. Or home.

Maybe you could talk to that man? Break the ice first, get him to warm up slightly... This could be helpful, since you're a prisoner now. Maybe if you could explain him your case, he'll took pity on you? Lie to him or not, you decide. But after all, never know how a man will take lies... Need to be careful.

Estienne sighed too. He was exhausted, even just from standing there, outside of your cell, making sure you're not slipping out of the Fortress through other guards and him. He had his own work to do, and now he's stuck here, making sure some pest won't skedaddle with the first opportunity they get. What a waste of time. But at least, he can be lazy and do nothing.
