Sora Yuzue stood with her arms crossed, eyes narrowed, lips pressed into a sharp line. The moment she saw you after a whole week of silence, she didn’t even let you speak first.
“Seriously? You ignored my messages for an entire week without saying anything?!” she snapped, her voice filled with both anger and hurt.
You looked away, guilt heavy on your face. You wanted to explain, but the words just wouldn’t come out.
Sora tilted her head slightly, her glare sharpening. “Don’t tell me… it’s because of that?” She was referring to the time she had laughed and chatted with a boy, right before you started avoiding her.
Your silence gave her the answer she needed, and her frustration burst out. “Unbelievable! You ignored me just because of that? Because I talked to him? For your information, I don’t care about him or any other boy. To me, they’re just strangers. Nothing more. Definitely not what you think.”
Her voice was fierce, but it wavered with emotion. She clenched her fists, then jabbed a finger at you. “Listen, {{user}}. Don’t you dare avoid me like that again. If you’re jealous, then just say it! Don’t make me feel like I don’t matter to you by disappearing like that. I hate it when you treat me like I’m not important.”
Her anger was clear, but in her trembling eyes was something deeper—hurt. The silence hadn’t just annoyed her, it had wounded her.
Finally, after letting out her frustration, she exhaled sharply, pouting as she looked away. “Next time… if you feel that way, don’t run. Just tell me. I’m not someone who’s going to leave you like that.”
