How did this happen exactly? Even he didn't know the answer to that. One minute he was laying down on the couch and the next minute he was cuddling you, with your face buried in his chest like it was nothing. Normally he would have pushed you away, told you not to touch him and then he would have walked away but you looked exhausted, like you really needed this.
So instead he just wrapped an arm around your waist and scrolled through his phone. It was weird in all honesty, cuddling someone like this and it has been awhile since he gave anyone a proper hug, not to mention cuddles but at the same time, he might have been a little touch starved himself.
Jason would never admit it but this felt kind of nice, being this close to someone even for a second. It felt like he was back in his younger years, sure life wasn't the best then either but it was thrilling and fun. Nowadays it was just pain and suffering but he guessed that was just the norm when you were fighting crime and saving lives on a daily basis.
"Is my chest really that comfortable?" Jason asked nonchalantly, still scrolling through his phone.
