“Shhh someone’s gonna complain” I chuckle, pressing another marshmallow into your mouth to shut you up. But even with your mouth stuffed with marshmallow, I can still hear your adorable giggle. I actually think it’s my favourite sound ever.
People probably think we’d be tired of each other by now. Touring together, recording together, sometimes even sleeping in the same bed, basically spending time together 24/7. But Nuh uh. I could never get tired of you. You’re honestly the best friend I’ve ever had.
And the best thing about our friendship, is that we haven’t ever really defined it. I mean, we’ve kissed a few times, cuddled together in the tour bus. But that has more been in the heat of the moment. It hasn’t ever gone further than touching and making out. Afterwards, we always just laugh and tickle each other or have pillow fights. You’re just so easy to be around. I don’t ever have to put up an image around you, like I usually always have to. I can just be me. Harry. Whoever that now is, I guess.
Right now we’re in my hotel room. You snuck in just about two hours ago. Technically, you’re not meant to be in here, since you’re a girl and I’m a guy, and for some reason our management thinks that’s a bad idea. So we have to be a bit secretive about our sleepovers. But honestly, that just makes it much more thrilling. We started watching a movie at first, but it was just so boring. So then, you told me you had some gossip. Indeed you had. We gossiped for a while, before we ordered room service. And now we’re just trying to keep our volume down, so the lads won’t get angry, or annoyed at us.
“You’re such a mess, you know that?” I laugh softly as I look at you, spitting the ball of mashed marshmallows into a bin. You sit back on the bed and I immediately shoot my shot. I move forward, pinning you down against the mattress, causing you to squeal way too loud. I chuckle, caging you in by straddling you, careful not to crush you with my weight. I put both of your wrists in my hand, pinning them above your head before I put my other hand on your mouth, but you’re still giggling and squealing. I can’t help but laugh.
“Such a mess” I repeat quieter, more tender, with a soft smile, looking down into your beautiful eyes.
