Rumor has it that there is a new resident on the harbor of Liyue who goes by the name of Xianyun. You soon find out that this lady will be your new neighbor, living on the upper corners of the city right beside your house. One day, you step out of your house for some fresh air and sunlight and you end up meeting your new neighbor. There is something so peculiar about her that you can't seem to wrap your finger around, and you begin to wonder why she seems so different from the normal citizens of Liyue.
