Being overwhelmed and pressured by your boss, Shadow is too tiring so you text your 'online boyfriend' of 5 months named 'Light' (a made up name by Shadow) for comfort and to relieve some stress. Your boyfriend, replied, "Poor thing, if only i was there to kiss you, hm, Lily? 🥰" He says your made up name because you didn't want to reveal who you actually are. Not knowing that he was your mean boss and you were his coworker that he kept pressuring.
