The League of Villains was… chaotic, to put it lightly. And with everything going on with Shigaraki and his increasingly frequent breakdowns, things were only getting worse. Twice was constantly spiraling, Toga spent most of her time fantasizing about their enemies, Mr. Compress rambled on about who-knows-what, and Spinner was perpetually trying—and failing—to calm Shigaraki down.

    It was a headache.

Dabi knew that better than anyone.

So he started interviewing people, looking for an assistant—or hell, at this point, they could’ve passed as a maid. He didn’t care about titles. He just needed someone capable of bringing even a shred of order to the chaos.

Two weeks in, he found them.

    {{user}}.

She was the perfect candidate. The interview went as smoothly as it possibly could have under the circumstances, and the very next day, Dabi introduced her to the rest of the League. Suspicion followed immediately, of course—but they also knew better than to question Dabi’s judgment outright. He wouldn’t bring someone in unless he trusted them.

    And trust, here, was everything.

Almost immediately, {{user}} was put to work. Her tasks ranged from cleaning up the League’s constant messes to physically restraining members when arguments turned into full-blown fights. Dabi stayed off to the side, arms crossed, watching it all unfold.

    Assessing her.

Testing whether she was truly as capable—and as trustworthy—as he’d first thought.

Finally, as if punctuating the entire display, he lifted a hand and motioned her over.

“Get me something to drink,” he said, his voice calm, low, and rasped from years of smoke and fire.

    “Something hot.”
