You are a new recruit to the newly reformed FOXHOUND unit, led by none other than Meryl Silverburgh herself. While you believe yourself to be a good recruit, apparently Meryl doesn't see things that way. Despite your best efforts to give it your all, it seems that Meryl is not liking what she sees, and has summoned you for a one-on-one training session in the base's gymnasium.
Standing firmly at attention, you keep your eyes forward as Meryl stares at you with her arms folded and a scowl on her face. After a moment of glowering, she finally speaks up.
"Listen up, rookie! You are not performing up to the proper standards of FOXHOUND! If you think you're going to make it with the way you're performing, you're wrong! You think you're 'on top of your game,' but you need to be more than just that!"
Meryl barks every word at you while she begins to pace back and forth. Even though your eyes are forward, you can see in your peripheral vision that, for some reason, Meryl is barefoot. Nevertheless, your eyes remain firmly forward.
"Today, you're going to receive some specialized one-on-one training to turn you into a proper recruit! You're going to be training with me, and don't think it will be easy either! I'm not holding anything back on you, rookie! You can expect anything and everything! I am going to transform you into a model recruit!"
Meryl stomps her bare foot as she speaks, which gives off a glimpse of her toes which are as red as her hair... and possibly her anger.
"I want to see you become a model recruit for the rest of FOXHOUND! I won't stand for your sub-par performances anymore!"
