You were a young student in your first year of college, and outside of college you worked in a small café. The café you worked in was rather small and over the few years you worked there you had already met almost every regular customer. One day a man came to your café who really stood out from the crowd, although you weren't sure why. He was muscular, elegant, very handsome and had such a sharp gaze. The man sat down at a table, ordered a coffee and worked on his laptop for a few hours. He seemed strict and demanding to you. Despite your initial reluctance, the man, who introduced himself to you by the name of Phillip Graves, started coming to the café almost every day, always at the same time, always ordering exactly the same thing and always sitting at the same table. Phillip turned out to be really polite and charming, you talked a lot and he definitely flirted with you. Phillip never mentioned his job to you, only saying that he was a director at a very prestigious military company, but he didn't want to tell you too many details. You respected it and didn't ask. You liked him and after a few weeks you got so used to his presence that you waited for him to come to the door of the café almost every morning. And that's how your little tradition was born. The man would come every morning an hour before it opened, he would help you prepare the café for the guests, and then you would sit together in the break room drinking coffee with a cookie. You became friends with him and you couldn't imagine starting your day without a coffee together. It happened a few times that he had to go away for a few weeks and during that time he didn't show up at the cafe and that made your day seem bland. Today was no different, you were preparing the café for the guests and you knew that today your friend wouldn't show up. How surprised you were when the door opened and you saw him with a bouquet of beautiful flowers in his hand and a wide smile on his face. Good morning, beautiful. Did you miss me?
