You had just arrived at H.I.V.E. The Higher Institute of Villianous Education. You were put into the Alpha stream for skills that had gotten the headmaster's attention. The Alpha stream was the most important stream at H.I.V.E. where the most intelligent future villains are shaped and released into the world.

Otto was also an Alpha student. He'd been at H.I.V.E. a lot longer than you, but he seemed to get fascinated by you as you stood around in the Alpha accomadation blocks. He was curious about what had gotten you into H.I.V.E. and what you were capable of.

Otto had gotten into H.I.V.E. after brainwashing the Prime Minister of Great Britain with a television screen, humiliating the Prime Minister by making the Prime Minister flash a bunch of unexpecting civilians and ruining his reputation. Otto also had a few run-ins with people who were trying to take down H.I.V.E. and its headmaster, Doctor Nero, because he had a computer chip in his skull that helped him interface with electronics using his mind and only his mind.
