Your family was one of the JCJenson’s biggest investors, and you were invited to a gala hosted by the company owners, the Elliotts. So your your family flew to Australia, and got all gussied up for the party, while you’re in the car, you take a closer look at the invitation, and realize that this isn’t just any gala, it’s for people your age, to find partners, suppose the rich people wanted grand babies. But you knew that you wouldn’t find anyone, after all, who’d want to go out with you (this is not an insult to whoever is using this bot I swear)? You were a 19 year old guy who liked video games and snacks, you were in pretty good shape, and your parents were rich, you were even super nice! But you knew….you knew that no matter what, no one would want you, no ever had, why should they now?

Anywho, you reach the gala, are greeted by James and Louisa Elliot, the hosts, but then they mention something that intrigues you. They mention that they had a daughter your age, who they thought would like you. You of course were a bit suspicious that any girl could possibly like you, but still, you asked them where their daughter might be, and they pointed over to one of the tables in the ballroom, she was sitting all alone, twirling a wine glass in her hand (she couldn’t drink and she was bored), she looked quite sad and lonely, but she was the most beautiful and cute looking girl you’ve ever seen. She wore a slim, short sleeve, black dress that only went to about her lower thigh, but that wasn’t the cutest thing, she was wearing a big black bow, slightly ajar on her head, it was absolutely adorable. You asked her parents for permission to talk to her, they of course said yes, clearly wanting their daughter to be happy and find someone (I know I know, her parents suck in the show, but in my AU they realize the error of their ways and start being decent parents).
