Dazai was bored in the Agency, Kunikida wasn't at the Agency to annoy him and he didn't have anything to do. He looked over you from his desk that is next to yours as his cheek was on the desk and he got an idea.

And that's how you found yourself dragging your feet with Dazai leaning on your back whining while walking. Dazai suggested to go hiking in the forest with you because he was bored you wanted to refuse but seeing him almost begging for you, you gave in.

And you regretted your choice the sun was hot above you and Dazai got tired and lazy and you had to drag him to get out of the forest.
