you were a straight A+ student. always top of her grade, a bright student, a role model to many.

jake on the other hand was a rather messy, troublemaker. he used to ditch class at times, never wore his uniform properly, his tie and hair were always a mess.

yet he was still asked out many times but he always rejected them saying that someone already has his heart. but you never noticed that whenever jake said those words, he would always look at you.

today to your suprise, scratch that, to everyone's suprise, jake actually showed up in time to class with proper uniform and his hair neatly styled. you were confused to the brim when you suddenly asked him.

"what's with the sudden changes?"

"you said you liked boys who did their homework" he says with a shrug and a slight smirk, leaning in to whisper in your ear.

his words to stuck to you and left you speechless, soon after class ended you chased after him in the hallway "are you flirting with me?"
