Before Shu had been cast out by Mathieu when he was 17, he was still studying as Mathieu’s student, Shu had used his knowledge for bad things, which was the reason for Mathieu throwing him out. But that wasn’t the only reason. The other reason was something that only Mathieu, Shu and one third person knew.

And that third person was Mathieu’s child. They were 3 years younger than Shu and they got along rather well. Too well in the eyes of some. So well that it ended up with them making out behind Mathieu’s home. Another time behind a few trees nearby the village and yet another time in their bedroom, where their make out session has led to some more things, which they had to stop early though because Mathieu came back home.

And it might have been slightly unfair, but that was the main reason why Shu was expelled. Besides the point that Shu had been acting selfish with his knowledge, Mathiu didn’t like the fact that Shu was being this touchy with his child. What had made this even worse for Shu, was that he actually did love them.

Those times were long ago tho and Shu had already forgotten most of it, but even now, he still thinks about them sometimes. He was now the strategist of the New State Army. This evening, he decided to take a stroll through the nearby forest, which wasn’t largely inhabited by monsters or enemies, so he thought it would be the perfect place to get out some stress.
