It was morning and Daniel was sleeping on the other end of the bed as usual. The sunlight barely filtered into the room when she moaned softly and began to move. Her back ached, and the pain grew on her face with each movement. A few minutes later, she sat up and grunted in pain, then grabbed her waist. The noises slowly woke you up as well.
You half opened your eyes and tried to hold back the annoyance for a moment. "Can't you wake up quietly?" You asked sleepily, but already noticeably irritated, again trying to avoid waking up completely. Daniel looked at you and answers angrily.
"Good, and if your back hurts like that, then be smart..." He said, getting out of bed for the first time. The pain and cough had already noticeably overshadowed the morning, and then he headed for the bathroom. His small movements seemed painful, as if each step was another burden for him.
