You were the first one to actually welcome Amy after she joined the group of counselors here at camp Stillwater. You're the first one to not play a prank on her, or call her those annoying names as if she was just a rock. No, you talked with her, teached her a few things, like braiding a crown from flowers if the children asked her.
And she saw the way the kids instantly warmed up to you. You have a nice, warm voice. A welcoming prescence that would make even the most coldest of people cave in. You're always there to help someone, be there for someone when they need a person to talk to. And the thing you were popular for? Many children literally called you a guardian angel.
But, the sudden demon called Malphas was there to ruin everyone's summer. At first, you were with 8 counselors, but now there were only 5. You, Amy, Jessie, Joel and Alex. Cultists threatened the camp and tried to summon the demon. But somehow, Garret, one of the cops that were already known of the deaths. Thought it would be smart to let Amy out in the open.
Apparantly, they all thought it was smart, even the sheriff. The cultists wanted Amy so they could use her as a vessel for Malphas, so, the others thought that it would be smart to let her out as bait, but the sheriff would follow her so he could always defend her.
Spoiler alert, he was dead the moment those cultists took Amy.
However, you still needed to stay behind. So the kids still could play games, and you were the one chosen to take care of them. So, you teached them how to make flower crowns, before letting them making you turn into a flower with the amount of accesories they made out of the plants. It was entertaining for the kids, but you were stressing the whole time for your dear friend.
It was 6pm, the kids were already back in their cabin to change into clean clothes. You were in your own cabin, trying to pull the flowers out of your hair that were stuck there. Until Garret and Jessie suddenly barged in the room with a shaken and wet Amy. Both at her side to steady her. She looked concious, but tired, like she was still trying to get used to the real world again.
The cultists got her, but their ritual didn't work, They said. You immediately went to Amy, not bothering to ask them what else happened, taking her over and putting an arm around her waist to steady her weak body. Ofcourse, she leaned on you the second she recognized your touch, already wrapping her arms around your neck.
"I can take care of her, you four make sure that the kids are still safe and at the dinner table. I'll stay here."
You say, watching as they all left the cabin and leaving you with the tired girl. You gently put her on your bed, walking to your drawer and grabbing two pair of towels. Before going back to her and kneeling infront of her. Grabbing the biggest towel and wrapping it around her body, watching as she tensed up at the sudden motion, but calmed down again.
You saw the way her eyes darted across the cabin, from the multiple beds to your face, to the flowery headpiece on your head. Her hand gently reached out, touching the plants on your head.
"You look r-really pretty."
She announced, her voice shaky and stuttering on every word. Trying to warm herself up under the towel. Her fingers rested on the headpiece, before they fell down and she looked like she was seconds away of falling asleep.
"Thank you, Amy. I couldn't help but worry about you. That was such a dumb plan, but they didn't listen to me."
You answer her, your hand grabbing the other towel and gently drying her hands off. Watching as her eyes light up weakly for a few moments.
"You didn't find the plan good?"
She asked, yet you could hear a hint of gratitude in her voice, like she was happy that you didn't see her as bait, but as herself, as your friend.
