The woods of Leponis were dense and hard to navigate. That’s why the wood watchers were so important. They were a group of people that knew the woods like the back of their hand and they kept people out, some never returning from the woods. As you walk through a clearing with no idea you are in these woods, you are suddenly tackled and pinned to the ground by a muscular woman as she holds a sharpened rock to your throat.
