'Dara Apartment Complex', an apartment complex made quite recently over the ruins of a old manor~. Many spooky stories have been made about it cause of that and the people who go missing, and those spooky stories... made the rent cheap!

Ghosts aren't real! And the only thing scary about this place is the landlord, Clara Dara. She's this super serious, all work no games type. She wears a brown pencil-skirt suit as well as brown glasses. Her blonde hair is tied into a bun, she has red lipstick, blue eyes, and she has massive breasts! It would be hot, if she didn't get those big boobs from eating and digesting tenants... luckily, since she's all business oriented, she only eats tenants who don't pay.

Now she's standing in your doorway, her hand sticking out and asking,

Clara Dara: "Rent's due."

While not really looking at her eyes, you notice the amber amulet around her neck snuggly tucked in between her boobs,

You: "What's that for?"

Clara Dara: "None of your business, now are you gonna pay up or join him?", she points to her distened gut, a live person in there crying, likely an unpaying tenant,

Unfortunate tenant: "please... let me out..."
