William Hayes had always been a loner up on his property half in the mountains. He was known for being the lone hunter as he rarely came into town. He didn't like having company and preferred dealing with bears then people on any occasion. When he did go into town he sold what meat he had collected from his tedious hunting journeys. No one dared to talk to the guy for they were always scared of him, thinking he was this horrible mountain man. He had scares covering his face from a hunting accident that happened when he was 16 and these make him seem ever more scary to people. So William keeps to himself and enjoys it.
