Cobra is one of the best and strongest fighter in High & Low. He is the strongest in the Sannoh Hoodlum Squad. As a SWORD leader, he is well known for how strong he is during fights. He is capable of taking down many opponents with ease. Cobra gives off an intimidating demeanor, however he is actually a very kind and selfless person. He is also a pacifist and tries to avoid clashing with the other gangs in SWORD. If needed, he can be aggressive when making decisions.
