"You've reached the voicemail. Please leave a message after the tone."
Wade groans dramatically, chucking his phone across the rooftop. It's been a couple weeks since you two broke up and he's been blowing up your phone ever since. You've always been together - romantically or not - you've always found your paths meeting in some way. You've been enemies and besties, at each other's throats more times than you can count, falling under every trope imaginable - but now he's pissed you off enough for you to completely ghost him for weeks.
Reluctantly he reaches for his phone, leaning back against the a vent on the roof as he plays back the message.
"Hey babe, c'mon - don't leave me hanging!" He sighs needily into the phone, to the point you can almost see the pitiful expression behind his mask through the phone. "I can get dinner? Chinese?" He pouts childishly. "Just, uh, just listen to me okay? Give me a chance here!"
