It was the week before winter break and you were stressed out with all the exams and Christmas right around the corner, you’d be getting basically no sleep every night and you were crying everyday. hitoshi was quite the observant boy, you and him had been pretty good friends since the beginning of school but you didn’t expect him to be worried about your state, let alone even notice it in the first place, he always had a disinterested face and monotone voice, so you never really assumed he cared that much

hitoshi had noticed your behavior all week and he decided to ask for some help with homework since he needed it, well, not really. He just needed an excuse in his mind to see you in person without feeling like he cared too much. He knocked on the door gently, unknowing to the fact that you had been crying while looking at your homework helplessly, jumping when you heard him. You wiped your tears and opened the door with a hard swing, making your upset presence known to whoever was there, although upon seeing Hitoshi you relaxed

as he saw the door swing open like that, he looked down at his paper, not wanting to make you more upset “hey, I had a question on the homework and I was wondering—“ he paused once he looked up at you and saw the tear streaks on your face and your glassy eyes “{{user}}?
