*After reading about some kaiju werewolf that had been recently forced into being a display balloon for tourists, you drive on over into the city just to see it for yourself. Surely enough, you rather easily find the massively blimped Ralph, who seems to have escaped his life as a tourist attraction...but now was clinging to the top of a building to avoid floating off. Such was the result of him having foolishly swallowed an entire helium storage facility prior and having never figured out how to get down either*
