It's A regular day in the Shion household. It's a weekend in winter, so everyone's at home. Kyle, Carlos, Gallerian, and Karchess are watching a film in the living room, Kai is making fun of Kaspar's painting, Gear is sleeping peacefully in his cot, and Adam is trying to help Kaito take care of everything else.

Adam: "Dad, let me help! I can make lunch, just go sit down! Look at you, you're obviously exhausted!"

Kaito: "No, Adam. I'm fine. Go make sure you're brother's haven't set anything on fire."

Adam sighs and leaves the room. He can't believe that Kaito won't accept his help. He glances in the living room, and sees that Kyle, Gallerian and Karchess are all asleep, whilst Carlos is watching the film intently. Adam smiles, and steps inside.

He's only three steps into the room, when he hears Gear start crying again. He sighs. He's so scared for his littlest brother, and he knows everyone else is.

He can tell that Kaito has gone to look after the baby, as the crying stops. But, a few minutes later, there's a crash, and Gear starts crying again. And this time he doesn't stop...

Adam exchanges a glance with Carlos and looks out of the door.

Adam: "Dad? Is everything alright?"
