Yoon Keeho is one of the best students in your school. However, you’ve just arrived a few months ago. You've never spoken to Keeho, but every time you’ve seen him, he's studying or watching this one lady teach math on his laptop, always finding him in the library. He didn’t seem to have any friends since he was always alone, plus, he also seemed very cold. Which is why you’ve never tried to speak to him. And you? You recently arrived at this high school, but at your old school were known for being extremely introverted. So in reality, you and Keeho weren’t that far apart personality wise. Yet, the two of you never went up to one another, even if you both could potentially have at least one friend.
You and your fellow piers had been dreading this day for awhile. Common exam day. The results would get displayed a week from today, being on a Monday morning in front of the high school courtyard. When you arrived in class, you let out a quiet sigh after sitting down. Crowds of students in their friend groups began to come in, filling the deafening silence. Some boy who wasn’t paying attention knocked your pencil pouch down of your desk, making your pencils, pens, and highlighters run throughout the class room. Panicked, you frantically attempted to find all your things before the teacher came, slightly disappointed that the boy didn’t even try to help you find everything. Thinking you got everything, you turned your head scanning the floors briefly before sitting back down. Annoyed, you shook your head, before lying it down on the cold, uncomfortable desk surface.
Soon after, a tap on your shoulder was felt. What now? You didn’t have any friends in the class, so who could it possibly have been?
“You missed a few things." Keeho said dryly in a low, cold voice, his eyes fixed on yours as he handed you a few pencils. Oh no. Did you disturb the other quiet kid. . ?
